Terms & Conditions

1. About SpareRabbit

SpareRabbit is a requirement collection and spare parts sourcing support service for independent garages, mechanics, and related automotive businesses. SpareRabbit is not intended to operate as a public e-commerce marketplace. Our role is to help collect requirements, identify parts, coordinate availability, and support sourcing or delivery where possible.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using SpareRabbit, contacting us, sharing a requirement, placing a request, or using our website or app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate vehicle details, part requirements, delivery information, billing details, photos, videos, and supporting information. You are responsible for checking fitment, part numbers, brand preference, quantity, and suitability before confirming a request or using a supplied part.

You must not misuse the service, submit false information, interfere with operations, infringe third-party rights, or use SpareRabbit for unlawful purposes.

4. Availability, Pricing, and Confirmation

Parts availability, pricing, delivery timelines, brands, alternatives, taxes, and charges may change based on supplier stock and market conditions. Any quote, estimate, or availability update is not final until confirmed by SpareRabbit or the relevant supplier.

5. Orders, Payments, and Delivery

Orders may be processed after confirmation of part details, price, payment terms, and delivery terms. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by stock, vendor response, logistics, weather, traffic, or other factors outside our control.

Payments, credit terms, invoices, or refunds, where applicable, will follow the terms communicated for the specific request or transaction.

6. Returns, Replacements, and Cancellations

Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds depend on the nature of the part, supplier policy, condition of the item, fitment status, packaging, usage, and the terms confirmed at the time of order. Electrical items, special-order parts, opened items, fitted parts, and damaged items may not be eligible for return unless specifically agreed.

7. Part Identification and Fitment

SpareRabbit may help identify parts based on information provided by the user. Because automotive parts can vary by model, variant, year, engine, chassis, previous repairs, and supplier catalog data, users should verify part correctness before installation. SpareRabbit is not responsible for issues caused by incomplete or incorrect information shared by the user.

8. Third-Party Suppliers and Services

We may work with suppliers, vendors, logistics providers, technology providers, or other partners. Third-party products and services may be governed by their own policies, warranties, return rules, and terms.

9. Warranties and Liability

Product warranties, if any, are generally provided by the manufacturer, brand, distributor, or supplier. SpareRabbit does not make independent product warranties unless expressly stated in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpareRabbit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business loss, including loss of revenue, workshop delay, customer delay, vehicle downtime, or loss arising from incorrect information supplied by the user or third parties.

10. Intellectual Property

The SpareRabbit name, logo, website design, content, software flows, and related materials belong to SpareRabbit or its licensors. You may not copy, reuse, modify, or distribute them without permission.

11. Suspension or Refusal of Service

We may refuse, limit, cancel, or suspend service where information is incomplete, payment is pending, a request appears fraudulent or unlawful, a user misuses the service, or fulfillment is not practical.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
